The Nuclear Commander is a must have. He is the first Attack Commander that you receive, done so after the completion of Contract 3. Dealing Massive damage, he is first introduced in the tutorial when he wipes out Cyrus Grey's base.

He has an AoE (Area of Effect) attack.
